We’ve hit the stretch run — Week 10 is here, and fantasy rosters are feeling every move, every setback, and every breakout performance. Injuries are continuing to shuffle depth charts, leaving fantasy managers scrambling for waiver pickups and late-week decisions. The matchups this week present fresh angles: teams fighting for playoff positioning, role changes emerging from injuries, and sleeper options starting to finally emerge. Whether you’re cruising toward the a bye or battling just to stay alive, there are plays to exploit — let’s dive into each game, the injury implications, and who you might want in (or on your bench) this week.
Denver Broncos (7‑2) @ Las Vegas Raiders (2‑6) – Thursday, 8:15 PM ET (LV +9)
Quick Take:
Denver is rolling at 7‑2, winning six straight, with a balanced run game and solid protection up front. Las Vegas, at 2‑6, remains inconsistent on both sides of the ball and has struggled to protect its QB. With Denver likely controlling tempo and dominating the trenches, the Broncos are poised to win this; HOWEVER, with this being a Thursday night game, the Broncos keep games close and underperforming against the spread, AND this being a divisional game, we like the Raiders covering 9 points.
Pick: Broncos win, but Raiders cover.

New York Giants (2‑7) @ Chicago Bears (5‑3) – Sunday, 1:00 PM ET (NYG +4.5)
Quick Take:
The Giants head to Soldier Field as slight underdogs at +4.5, trying to halt a three‑game losing streak while the Bears come in at 5‑3 with momentum. The Giants’ rookie QB Jaxson Dart continues to develop, but New York has lost key playmakers (notably WR Malik Nabers for the season). The Bears, with Caleb Williams under center, have shown offensive explosions recently. Expect a lively game.
Pick: Giants cover given the underdog value but Bears their recent desperation.

Indianapolis Colts @ Atlanta Falcons – Sunday, 9:30 AM ET (IND −6.5)

The Colts head into this matchup as sizable favorites (−6.5), coming off a good run and looking to bounce back after a turnover-filled loss. The Falcons are inconsistent and dealing with offensive line issues and injuries as they head overseas to Berlin. Expect the Colts to impose their will, especially in the run game and passing attack, while the Falcons may struggle to protect the quarterback.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans – Sunday, 1:00 PM ET (JAX +1)
Quick Take:
Houston enters Week 10 as a narrow 1-point home favorite, but Jacksonville’s recent resurgence and divisional motivation make this one a true toss-up. The Texans’ young offense has shown flashes, but their protection issues and uneven run game remain a concern. Expect a competitive, lower-scoring matchup where field goals and defense matter.
Pick: Jaguars pull the minor upset and win outright.

Quick Take:
Buffalo has rediscovered balance offensively and rides into Miami as a commanding 9.5-point favorite. The Dolphins’ explosive potential remains, but inconsistency and defensive breakdowns have derailed them lately. Baltimore Ravens (3‑5) @ Minnesota Vikings (4-4) – Sunday, 1:00 PM ET (BAL -4)
Quick Take:
Baltimore travels to Minnesota as a slight favorite in a matchup of two explosive offenses. The Ravens lean on Lamar Jackson’s dual-threat ability and Derrick Henry’s power running, while the Vikings boast a dynamic passing game led by Justin Jefferson. Expect a high-scoring, back-and-forth affair, but Baltimore’s balanced attack and stout defensive front could tilt the outcome.

Quick Take:
The Patriots travel to Tampa Bay as slight underdogs, +2.5, facing a Buccaneers team that has shown flashes but struggles with consistency on defense. Seattle Seahawks (6‑2) @ Arizona Cardinals (3-5) – Sunday, 4:05 PM ET (SEA −6.5)
Quick Take:
Seattle is coming off a strong stretch, sitting at 6‑2 with an offense that’s balanced and aggressive in the passing game. Arizona, at 3-5, has struggled to find consistency under center and has had difficulty protecting its QB. The Seahawks’ run game and efficient passing attack should control the tempo, and the Cardinals’ secondary may struggle to contain Seattle’s wideouts.

Detroit Lions (5-3) @ Washington Commanders (3-6) – Sunday, 4:25 PM ET (DET −9)
Quick Take:
The Lions, 5-3, head to FedExField as 9‑point favorites over the 3-6 Commanders. Detroit’s offense is firing on all cylinders behind Jared Goff and Amon‑Ra St. Brown, while the ground game with Jahmyr Gibbs keeps defenses honest.
