Week 6 is here, and the fantasy season is officially getting hotter than ever. By now, most breakout players are already sustainable starts, rookies are either proven or will be non-factors, and which early-season duds might just be dead weight on your roster? But every new week brings its own challenges—trades and injuries causing changes to depth charts, and surprising performances reshaping the waiver wire. That’s where we come in.
In this article, we’ll break down every matchup on the Week 6 slate with game-by-game analysis, highlighting the players you should be starting with confidence and the ones best left on the bench. We’ll also cover the top waiver wire pickups to strengthen your squad, pick out sneaky plays that could give you the edge, and even sprinkle in some betting angles worth looking at. Whether you’re 5-0 or desperately trying to claw your way out of a 1-4 hole, our analysis will help set you up for success.
Denver Broncos (3-2) vs New York Jets (0-5) - Friday, 9:30 AM ET
Quick Take:
This game might actually be more interesting than we think, just given the fact that it is played in London. Obviously, the Jets have been underwhelming to say the least so far this season, but the Broncos tend to play opponents close, especially when playing down to their competition. Given that this game isin London and anything can happen, we see the Broncos pulling this one off, but not in blow-out fashion.

Los Angeles Rams (3-2) @ Baltimore Ravens (1-4) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
This matchup should end in another Ravens loss due to QB Lamar Jackson being ruled out once again. The Ravens' backup QB Cooper Rush will have to really step it up if the Ravens want a shot at winning this one, as we know the Rams will be coming with a vengeance after losing at home last week.

Cleveland Browns (1-4) @ Pittsburgh Steelers (3-1) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
This matchup could be interesting depending on whether Dillon Gabriel can repeat his performance from last week and be a solid QB for this young Browns squad, AND if star edge-rusher Myles Garrett plays. Despite this, the Steelers should take a win in this one at hom,e and any spread of -5.5 or less should be a lock in our eyes.

Yes, we know Jeudy has sucked this year. But this match is very favorable. Coach Stefanski has said multiple times in the past week that he wants to involve Jeudy more in the Browns' offensive scheme, and if Ramsey is out for the Steelers, this could be a breakout game for Jeudy.

Los Angeles Chargers (3-2) @ Miami Dolphins (1-4) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
This matchup could become a very high-scoring game, very, very fast. Herbert and the Chargers are coming off back-to-back losses and will be looking to get back on track any way possible at The Hard Rock. The Dolphins, on the other hand, seem like there is very little hope. Because of this, we think the Chargers should take care of business in a high-scoring affair.

New England Patriots (3-2) @ New Orleans Saints (1-4) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
This matchup could be an interesting one, depending on whether Saints QB Spencer Rattler can perform as well this week as he did last week in the Saints' first win against the Giants. QB Drake Maye looks to bring the Patriots to .500 with another win this week against the Saints.
Injury Report:
Patriots:
RB Antonio Gibson -- OUT -- ACL Tear
DL Milton Williams -- QUESTIONABLE -- Ankle
Saints:
RB Alvin Kamara - QUESTIONABLE -- Ankle

Patriots Defense -- Mid-End DST
Saints
WR Chris Olave - Mid-End WR2
Fantasy Flex Plays/Risky Starts/Flex Appeal:
Patriots
RB Rhamondre Stevenson -- High-End RB3
Guaranteed volume, BUT if he fumbles could lose that. Not a lot of receiving upside
RB Treyveyon Henderson -- Low-End RB3
Hopefully, this is the week, but there are no promises clearly with Coach Vrabe,l who loves Rhamondre Stevenson. The risk is high, but the reward is higher.
Saints
WR Rashid Shaheed -- Low-End WR3 With Low-End WR1 Upside
TE Juwan Johnson - Low-End TE1 With High-End TE1 Upside
Fantasy Sits/Fades:
Patriots
WR Demario Douglas
Saints
RB Alvin Kamara -- High-End RB3 (ONE OF OUR SITS OF THE WEEK)
We know Kamara is tough to sit, but this season has been his worst season in recent years, and his efficiency rates have dropped significantly with backup Kendre Miller seeing as many or more opportunities. Temper your expectations with Kamara.
RB Kendre Miller TE Taysom Hill
Saints Defense
Sneaky/Streamer Play:
Patriots
Patriots Defense
Saints
WR Rashid Shaheed
Betting Plays:
Patriots -3.5 -105 -- Smart Play. The Pats have been on a roll, and this line sees way too low coming from a team that just beat the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo
Hunter Henry anytime TD +185 -- The value is great here. Henry has been the Pats' number one red zone target all season and also leads the team in touchdowns out of any WR or TE
Stefon Diggs 60+ yards -120 -- This line should be much higher. Diggs is coming off back-to-back 100+ yard games, and it seems like he has finally cemented himself as the Pats' number one WR (ONE OF BETS OF THE WEEK)
Rashid Shaheed to record a 20+ yard reception -130 -- This has happened in almost every game this season, and in every game someone catches a long ball, and if anyone in this game is most likely to do it, it is Shaheed.
NICHE TOUCHDOWN LONGSHOT BEST BET: WR Mack Hollins anytime TD +650 OR TE Hunter Henry +150
Seattle Seahawks (3-2) @ Jacksonville Jaguars (4-1) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
This game might be the most interesting out of all the 1:00 PM ET games. The Jags are coming off a major upset win against the Chiefs, and the Seahawks are coming off a devastating loss to Tampa. The Seahawks need this win badly to get back in the playoff race in the NFC West, and the Jaguars could move to 5-1 with a win this weekend.
Injury Report:

Fantasy Starts:
Seahawks
RB Kenneth Walker III -- High-End RB1 Upside With High-End RB3 Floor
Seahawks Defense -- High-End DST Upside With Mid-End Floor
K Jason Myers -- Mid-End K Upside With Low-End Floor
Jaguars
RB Travis Etienne Jr -- Mid-End RB1 Upside With Low-End RB2 Floor
WR Brian Thomas Jr -- High-End WR1 Upside With High-End WR3 Floor
A banged-up Seahawks defense could lead to Thomas' first 12+ fantasy point game of the season
Fantasy Flex Plays/Risky Starts/Flex Appeal:
Seahawks
RB Zach Charbonnet -- Low-End RB2 Upside With High-End RB3 Floor
A pretty safe flex option, but limited volume may be an issue. However, goal-line touches may lead to a Charbonnet touchdown once again this week
Jaguars
WR Parker Washington -- Low-End WR2 Upside With High-End WR3 Floor
No Dyami Brown and TE Brenton Strange could lead to another productive game from Washington in the slot role
Fantasy Sits/Fades:
Seahawks
QB Sam Darnold -- Mid-End QB2
WR Cooper Kupp -- Mid-End WR3
Unfortunately, Kupp has not been the same. This week looks like it will not be any different, as the Jaguars' secondary has been elite so far this season.
Jaguars
QB Trevor Lawrence -- Low-End QB2
A bad matchup for Lawrence this week might not lead to efficient fantasy production
WR Travis Hunter -- Mid-End WR3
Unfortunately, the coming-out party for Hunter does not seem to be happening anytime soon. This matchup will be a tough one if Witherspoon and Woolen play, and fantasy owners of Hunter should play it safe and leave him on the bench unless there are no other options
Sneaky/Streamer Play:
Seahawks
TE AJ Barner -- High-End TE1 Upside with Mid-End TE2 floor
K Jason Myers
Jaguars
K Cam Little
Betting Plays:
Seahawks +1.5 -120 -- Good odds, and we think the Seahawks will be looking to get a win this weekend, anyway possible
OVER 47.5 total points -105 -- This game could turn into a shootout very quickly as both teams have elite offenses and injuries have been piling up on both defenses
RB Zach Charbonnet anytime TD +135 -- Great value for an efficient goal-line back who should see multiple opportunities this weekend (ONE OF BETS OF THE WEEK)
TE AJ Barner anytime TD +300 -- Great value for a tight end who has been consistently scoring
NICHE TOUCHDOWN LONGSHOT BEST BET: WR Tory Horton anytime TD +500 OR TE Hunter Long +390
Arizona Cardinals (2-3) @ Indianapolis Colts (4-1) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
This game could go one of two ways in our eyes. Either the Colts repeat and take another blowout win at home, or the Cardinals learn from their embarrassing loss to the Titans last week and bounce back with a surprising upset, or at least keep this one close.

Dallas Cowboys (2-2-1) @ Carolina Panthers (2-3) - Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Quick Take:
A must-win for the Cowboys. Carolina is coming off an entertaining win versus the Dolphins in week 5; however, the Cowboys just blew out the Jets as well. The Cowboys need to win this game, and we think they will. Do not be surprised, though, if Carolina can keep this game close.

Quick Take:
A must-win for the Raiders, who are looking to get back on track despite having to play another game without their star TE Brock Bowers. Buffalo Bills (4-1) @ Atlanta Falcons (2-2) - Monday, 7:15 PM ET
Quick Take:
While the Bills looked unbeatable until their loss at home to the Patriots last week, our expectations have shifted this week. The Falcons' defense has looked great, especially their run defense, so this might be a tough matchup for the Bills. While we still lean towards the Bills to win this game, do not be surprised if the Falcons keep it very close.
